Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be provided once processed. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select upon checkout. Standard shipping can take 3-5 business days depending on location. 

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blue Orchid. It is very important for us to carry quality and excellent merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with the fit and size of your order we will gladly issue a refund within 15 days of order arrival. Blue Orchid reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item being returned.

Eligible items must be in: new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and unaltered.

All sale items marked final sale, jewelry, and beauty items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Purchase verification is required for all returns. You must contact us via email within 15 days of receiving your item to obtain return authorization. We will not accept any unauthorized returns.
You are responsible for return shipping. You may ship your order back using the carrier of your choice. We do recommend using a service that will provide tracking information. Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment or as an online store credit if requested. We will process returns as soon as possible. Transactions can take one to two weeks to post to your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Blue Orchid is not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages.
